In the New London Group’s article, “A Pedagogy of Multiliteracies: Designing Social Futures” published in 1996 they discuss an approach to presenting material and skills through different modalities that relate towards students lived experiences.
Multiliteracies pedagogy is an approach to literacy education emphasising the diverse ways in which people make meanings and communicate their understandings to others.
